Shipping policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Every bike we sell ships from our warehouse in Rialto, California. Here is what to expect between checkout and your first ride.
Where We Ship
We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Some models cannot be shipped to certain states because of state law, including California battery certification requirements and restrictions on off-road vehicles. If a model cannot ship to your address, you will be told at checkout before you pay.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- West Coast: 2–4 business days
- Central states: 3–6 business days
- East Coast: 5–8 business days
These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays can add time.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is not free. The cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address, and it is shown to you before you pay. We never add shipping charges after an order is placed.
Sales tax may apply depending on your delivery address and will be shown at checkout.
What Arrives
Your bike arrives in one large box weighing roughly 60–95 lb, depending on the model. It is about 85% assembled. You will need to attach the front wheel, handlebar, pedals, and seat post. Tools are included.
Please plan to have a second person help you move the box.
Signature Required
Because of the size and value of the shipment, the carrier will require a signature on delivery and will not leave the box unattended. If you are not available, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again or hold the package for pickup. Please follow the carrier's instructions to avoid the package being returned to us.
Inspect Before You Sign
Before you sign for the delivery:
- Look over the box for crushing, punctures, or other visible damage.
- If the box is damaged, note the damage on the carrier's delivery record before signing.
- Photograph all sides of the box before you open it.
After unpacking, check the bike for damage.
Transit Damage
If your bike arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rowzee7187893@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the box and the damage. We will handle the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement part, a replacement bike, or a refund.
This 48-hour window exists because carriers set a time limit on damage claims. Damage reported later may still be covered under our Limited Warranty.
Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or the carrier marks your package as lost, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address Changes
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can update an address only before the order ships. Once a package is in transit, address changes are at the carrier's discretion and any fees they charge are the customer's responsibility.
Off-Road Models
Models identified as off-road use only are shipped under the same terms, subject to the state restrictions described above. They are not street-legal e-bikes.
