These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from ARSK Bike. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

3. Product Information

We work to describe our products accurately. Where a specification has not yet been verified against the supplier's documentation for our batch, we label it "Pending verification" rather than publishing a figure we cannot support.

Range figures described as manufacturer maximums are measured under ideal conditions. Your actual range will depend on rider weight, terrain, assist level, temperature, tire pressure, and battery age.

Product photos are for illustration. Colors may vary slightly between screens.

4. Prices and Availability

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, shipping costs, and availability may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will tell you if this happens.

Products marked "Coming soon" are not yet available for purchase.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if the product cannot be legally shipped to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping, returns, and warranty coverage are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Limited Warranty, which form part of these terms.

8. Safe and Lawful Use

E-bikes are vehicles. By purchasing one, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you ride, including e-bike class rules, speed limits, age limits, helmet requirements, and where e-bikes are allowed.
  • You will read the owner's manual and complete the pre-ride safety checks before riding.
  • You will not modify the speed limiter, controller, motor, or battery. Modifications can change the legal classification of the bike, make it unsafe, and void the warranty. We do not sell derestriction parts.
  • Models identified as off-road use only are not street-legal e-bikes and must not be ridden on public roads, bike lanes, or sidewalks.
  • You will charge and store the battery as described in the owner's manual.

Cycling carries inherent risks of injury. We strongly recommend wearing a helmet and appropriate protective gear.

9. Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, design, and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Messages and Reviews

If you send us messages, feedback, or reviews, you allow us to use them to respond to you and to improve our service. If you submit a review for publication, you allow us to display it on our site. We will not publish your email address or other contact details.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use this site to break the law, interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, or submit false information.

12. Third-Party Links

The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Limited Warranty and to the extent permitted by law, this site and our products are provided "as is", without other warranties of any kind.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your state.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of our products, to the extent permitted by law.
