What arrives
One box, shipped from our Rialto, California warehouse. Bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled; the front wheel, handlebar, pedals and seat post are normally fitted on arrival and basic tools are included. Exact carton dimensions, shipping weight and the full accessory list are confirmed against the batch before this model goes on sale.

Charging
Supplied charger only. Hard, non-flammable surface, away from exits. Unplug when full.
Storage
40–70% charge if it will sit for weeks. Dry and temperate — not a freezing garage or a hot car.
Never
Submerge it, pressure-wash the bike, open the pack, or charge a pack that has been in a crash.
Stop immediately if
Unusual heat, a chemical smell, swelling, fluid, or charging that behaves differently. Then contact us.

Warranty
Frame, motor, battery, controller and display against manufacturing defects. Wear items and crash damage are not covered; the full list is on every product page.
Returns
30 days, unused, original box. Return shipping is yours unless the bike arrived faulty. Keep the packaging — a bike returned loose will not survive the trip.
Parts
Pads, tubes, tyres, chargers, displays, controllers. Give us the model and serial number; they ship from the same warehouse as the bikes.

Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Not at present. We ship to the lower 48 states from our warehouse in Rialto, California.
