The 24-inch GT900 is the smaller-wheel version of our full-suspension platform, with a lower standover height. Listed separately from the 26-inch version because geometry and rider fit differ. Confirmed rider-height range will be published once geometry is verified.

What arrives
One box, shipped from our Rialto, California warehouse. Bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled; the front wheel, handlebar, pedals and seat post are normally fitted on arrival and basic tools are included. Exact carton dimensions, shipping weight and the full accessory list are confirmed against the batch before this model goes on sale.

Transit damage
Report it within 48 hours with your photos and we handle the carrier claim. That window exists because carriers impose one on us.
Can you legally ride it where you live?
The question that matters most and gets answered least. Here is the honest state of it.

Pedal assist only, cuts off at 20 mph. Admitted on most paths.
Adds a throttle up to 20 mph. Admitted on most paths, excluded from some.

We will not answer that until the supplier confirms the continuous power, assist cut-off and throttle behaviour of our batch in writing. Guessing would be worse than saying nothing.

Within one state, a city or park district can be stricter than the state rule. Tell us where you ride and we will check before you buy.
Ask about your stateRemoving a speed limiter or changing the controller can move the bike out of the e-bike category, void the warranty and affect liability in a crash. We do not sell derestriction parts.
The battery, and how to not ruin it
The pack is declared by the supplier as built to UL 2849. Ask us for the report reference covering your batch and we will send it.
Charging
Supplied charger only. Hard, non-flammable surface, away from exits. Unplug when full.
Storage
40–70% charge if it will sit for weeks. Dry and temperate — not a freezing garage or a hot car.
Never
Submerge it, pressure-wash the bike, open the pack, or charge a pack that has been in a crash.
Stop immediately if
Unusual heat, a chemical smell, swelling, fluid, or charging that behaves differently. Then contact us.

Warranty

Returns
30 days, unused, original box. Return shipping is yours unless the bike arrived faulty. Keep the packaging — a bike returned loose will not survive the trip.
Parts
Pads, tubes, tyres, chargers, displays, controllers. Give us the model and serial number; they ship from the same warehouse as the bikes.

Can I ride it in the rain?
Light rain, yes. Do not submerge the motor or battery, and never pressure-wash the bike. Dry it before charging.
When will the specifications be confirmed?
As soon as the supplier test report for our batch is on file. Each value in the six figures above updates the moment it is verified.
Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Not at present. We ship to the lower 48 states from our warehouse in Rialto, California.
